About

Tali grew up devouring books by flashlight long after bedtime. She believed stories could change the world, which led to a career in law. As a corporate attorney, Tali drafted contracts and closed deals, but it wasn’t until her maternity leave that she returned to her childhood love: reading and writing fiction. What began as a personal outlet became a manuscript that received numerous offers of representation.

Tali is represented by Marilyn Biderman and Brenna English-Loeb at Transatlantic Literary Agency. She is also an associate literary agent at Storm Literary Agency. You can find her #MSWL here. Unsolicited manuscripts received by any other method will not be reviewed.Tali gives back by offering mentorship to up-and-coming writers via Round Table Mentorship, Write Hive, and the Atlanta Writers Club (among other organizations), and runs workshops on legal issues writers should consider.She is the chair of a large writer's organization, and her award-winning short fiction has been published in an anthology. She also co-hosts The Prose Pros Podcast, a weekly podcast where she discusses all things publishing, with literary agent Lauren Khan.She currently lives in Ontario with her husband, two children, and a very spoiled (and handicapable) cockapoo with wheels.

Mentorship

Tali gives back by offering mentorship to up-and-coming writers. She is especially passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices in publishing.She currently offers mentorship to unagented writers who have not been previously agented or traditionally published (self-published is fine) through Round Table Mentor, Write Hive, and the Atlanta Writers Club.
